Conditions for Returns

In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Products were purchased in the last 5 days
- The Products are in the original packaging

The following Products cannot be returned:
- The supply of Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Products

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to Us. You should not use or disclose any part of provided digital product.


We cannot be held responsible for errors/modification in case of broken/after completion of agreement. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof of received return delivery of digital products and files.

Refunds

Once We receive your returned Products, We will inspect them and notify you that We have received your returned Products. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the Products.

If your return is approved, We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
